Intended Use
- For children ages ___ to ___ years, maximum weight ___ kg / ___ lbs.
- Must be used under adult supervision at all times.
- Use only on flat, dry, and safe surfaces (no roads, slopes, gravel, or water).
- Not to be used in unsafe, wet, or public areas.
- For personal recreational use only (birthdays, family events).
Condition & Return
- Renter acknowledges the car is in good working condition at pick-up.
- Any existing damage must be reported before use.
- Car and accessories must be returned clean and in the same condition.
- Missing or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.
Liability & Safety
- Renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft.
- Owner is NOT liable for injury, property damage, or accidents.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- The car is not insured for third-party or personal injury claims.
Safety Rules
- Use only on flat, safe surfaces.
- No operation near roads, pools, or slopes.
- One child per seat only.
- No use in rain or wet areas.
Cancellations
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund.
- Less than 48 hours: 50% rental fee charged.
- No-shows: Full charge applies.
Indemnification
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, its agents, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from use of the rented equipment, except as prohibited by law.
