3. Condition & Return Policy
To ensure a seamless experience for all our Calgary families, the following terms apply to every rental:

Pre-Rental Inspection: At the time of pick-up, the renter acknowledges that the vehicle is in good working condition. Any existing cosmetic wear must be reported before leaving the store.

Condition on Return: The vehicle and all accessories (charger, remote) must be returned clean and in the same condition as provided. A cleaning fee may apply if returned excessively dirty.

Damage & Loss: The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period. Missing items or significant damage will be charged at the full replacement cost.

Cancellation Policy: We offer a full refund for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full rental amount.
