Shipping & Handling:
Damage to a Covered Component during shipping is not covered by the Limited Warranty, but WER may replace such damaged Covered Components if you: β’
Notify WER about any missing parts or shipping damages, within 2 days of receiving the product. Proof of damage or missing part needs to be submitted. Provide WER with a dated picture of the damaged Covered Component.
β’ Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the product at your sole cost, unless WER agrees in writing to pay your shipping costs.
β’ Note any immediately recognizable damage on the shipperβs Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment.
β’ Shipping damage claims are very time sensitive, and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the product for damage upon receiving.
β’ If you choose to set up your own independent shipping method, such as use of a freight forwarder or other similar service, WER will not replace any covered components damaged during such shipping method.
