Credit CardsWe accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX credit cards and Interac Debit as a form of payment in store. For online purchases we accept Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Google pay and Interac e-mail Transfer. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Effective May 1st, 2021 Payment made through PayPal are subject to 3% fee deduction on refunds due to impact of recent changes in Paypal policies for merchants.

WOW E-Ride strictly ensures all its merchandise are sourced from reliable sources, all its products handled/stored as per manufacturers recommendations and all its repairs are done according to manufacturers procedures and hence ensures safety of consumers and products to the best of its capabilities, experience and knowledge. By purchasing merchandise from our website or any of our in-store location you enter into an agreement releasing WOW E-Ride from holding liable to any losses or damages arising after purchase or by use of any of merchandise.
Limitation of Liability:
The maximum liability to you on products purchased from our stores or website shall be limited to the purchase price of the products you paid. We will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, Fire related incidents, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages arising from use, malfunction or due to defective equipment. This applies in all cases however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or other reasons. By purchasing equipment buyer agrees that, IN NO EVENT WILL WOW E Ride Inc. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Multiple Product Orders:For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy:Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. WOW E-Ride Inc reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Other Conditions:These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. WOW E-Ride reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products:We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns & Exchange:
POLICYWOW E-Ride accepts return of products purchased in store or online within the 15 days return & exchange period as per following terms:
⦁ Defective products due to manufacturing and/or workmanship qualifies for full refund or free exchange. *Merchant Fee deductions.
⦁ Fulfillment mistakes which result in the shipment of incorrect products qualifies for full refund or free exchange.

Refund or Exchange ProcedureReturn or exchange is accepted on most items* by providing original receipt (invoice) and reason for return or exchange within 15 days* from the purchase date, All refunds or exchanges must be in original manufacturer packaging and in acceptable condition of use (all manuals, accessories, gifts with purchase must be included). Refunds or exchanges may be subject to restocking fee of 15% - 30% as determined by the store management for any damaged or missing items or based on condition of use. Merchant Fees may also be deducted on certain methods of payments | *Some conditions and exclusions apply: Due to nature of all electric & non-electric mobility equipment including Self-Balancing Equipment, Scooters, Smart Hoverboards, return or exchange are only accepted provided items are not used, assembled, opened, or altered from its original state or otherwise items would subject to restocking fee as above. We encourage all customers to test and try all electric scooter products prior to purchase.
⦁ Online Orders: All Online orders qualify for 15 days Return / Exchange from the date of delivery as indicated by the carrier on the delivery notification / tracking. To return or exchange orders placed through our website, please Contact us with your order number and reason for exchange or return. ⦁ Pre-Orders / Special Orders: Pre-Order (aka Order Early), Special Orders, Backorder are terms alternatively used but in all these cases product delivery is promised at a later date. When you place an order we backorder specific items in your order. WOW E-Ride offers free cancellation with in 15 days from the order date. After 15 days has passed from the order date, you can only exchange products or receive store credit of full amount for future purchases. Once product is shipped and delivered to you, we offer 15 days of product exchange window from the date of delivery as part of customer satisfaction.
⦁ Used Products: All used product sales are final sales and returns & refunds are not accepted. Any defect in the product when received is covered under used product specific warranty that product originally sold with (as applicable).
Refund Processing Times
After a refund request is submitted it may take 3 to 7 business days to process the refund from the date product is received back in our store or warehouse. Once refund is processed, please allow 3 to 7 business days for fund to transfer to original payment method.
